Ordering FAQ

Usual Delivery Times are:

Urban Addresses:   2-3 working days

Rural Delivery Addresses:  3-4 working days

Fragrances (carried by ground transport only):  North Island 2-3 working days, South Island 3-4 working days.

Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday.  Couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday only.  However if you would like your gift delivered on Saturday morning rather than waiting until Monday, the Saturday Delivery option is available at an extra cost (major centres only - not available for gifts being sent to small towns or a Rural Delivery address).  Please note that there are no courier pickups on Saturdays, so orders for delivery on Saturday or Monday must be ordered in time for dispatch on Friday afternoon.

The latest time we can accept orders for dispatch on a Friday afternoon is 2 pm (NZT).

Orders are dispatched by overnight courier and every effort will be made to dispatch your order so that it can arrive in time for a particular occasion, however, we can not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control.  In particular, sometimes delays are caused because there is nobody at the destination address during the day to receive the courier delivery.  A card to call will be left at the address and alternative delivery arrangements must be made with the recipient.  You should consider this when providing the delivery address, as a work address may be more suitable for urgent items.  Late delivery is not a valid reason for cancelling an order.

Damaged Goods

All orders are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, an item will arrive in less than perfect condition.  All fragile items will be accompanied by a discrete card informing the recipient how to contact us if their gift arrives damaged, so we may arrange an immediate replacement. 

Security

Your credit card details are securely protected by 128 bit SSL encryption throughout the order process.  Credit card payments are processed by your choice of Direct Payment Solutions or Paypal, both respected online payment providers, who pass your payment on to us.  We do not have access to any of your credit card details. 

Any details you provide on our website to take advantage of our gift reminder service are protected by a password you choose (after initial registration).  Our computer system is protected at all times by an industry standard firewall and antivirus software.
