Payment OptionsCredit Card Payments We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards for payment. Direct Payment Solutions and Paypal are our online payment providers who will process your credit card payment securely and pass the payment on to us. They do not pass any of your credit card details on to us or anyone else. Your payment is approved immediately and your order can be dispatched on the next business day. Please check your email inbox after ordering. You should receive 2 emails - an order summary and a receipt. If you do not receive both then your credit card payment has not completed correctly. We supply an email link back to the shopping cart payment page at the bottom of your Order Summary email if you need to return & complete payment for your order. We will contact you by email to let you know if we receive an order without a completed payment. Telephone Orders We can accept credit card payments by phone or fax if you prefer not to use your credit card online, however it is quicker and more accurate if you complete online checkout first to provide us with a hard copy of the order details, then call or fax us with your credit card information. When you get to checkout choose the Pay by Credit Card option, include "Calling" or "Faxing" in the Additional Comments box & click on "submit order", then either telephone us on +64-7-5440726 during business hours (remember to take any time difference into account!) or print out a copy of your Order Summary email & fax to us at +64-7-5440771 with the following information on the bottom: Card Type (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX), Name on Card, Card Number, Expiry Date & Security ID (last 3 numbers in signature panel). Please ensure you have included your email address, credit card billing address (including postcode) & home telephone number in the Customer Details section of your order so we can process your payment & contact you if required. Note: We do not recommend emailing us credit card details. We will accept payment details sent this way, but because this method is unsecure, do not take responsibility for any interception & misuse by third parties of credit card information provided in this way. Direct Credit Payments Only available to our customers paying from a New Zealand bank account, or a foreign bank account where online international transfers are possible (please check with your bank first). Our bank account details are given to you along with a reference number to use for your payment when you checkout. Your order will be dispatched after payment appears in our account (usually the next business day). Cheque by Post Only available to our customers paying from a New Zealand bank account.
