Liability for shortages in the quantity of goods delivered is limited to making up the shortages. Where the buyer believes that there is a shortage in the quantity of products delivered, the buyer must notify the seller of any such claim within 7 days of delivery and must provide the seller with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.
Goods are packaged carefully when leaving the seller's premises, but occasionally an item may be damaged in transit. Please inspect the parcel carefully on arrival. Should there be visible damage to the outer packaging the carrier's note should be endorsed accordingly. Within 7 days of receipt of the order the buyer must ensure that all goods received are in good order and condition and contact the seller if they are not.
No damage claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods.
Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
