Christmas Ordering FAQ
When can I place my Christmas gift order?
Christmas orders may be placed at any time from mid-October onwards - just select the "Christmas Delivery" option at checkout.
When will my Christmas order be sent?
Christmas orders will be dispatched around Monday 16th December to allow plenty of time for delivery in the week before Christmas. You may of course request that your order is dispatched earlier in the month if you prefer.
Please note that our courier companies are extremely busy at this time & we cannot guarantee that orders dispatched on the overnight service will be delivered on the following day. Requesting that your order be delivered on the 24th December is not advised.
Can my gift be Christmas-wrapped?
Yes - all Christmas gift orders will be giftwrapped in Christmas paper with a Christmas Gift Tag (note that hampers and some chocolate boxes are decorated already and are dispatched without extra wrapping).
Can I order gifts for more than one person in the same order?
Yes - provided the recipients are all at the same delivery address. You will need to specify in your order who each item in the order is for.
I want to order the same items for a number of people, but you do not have enough stock available to do this...
Our website operates live stock control which ensures that we do not sell items we do not currently have in stock. This works well for most of the year when customers are ordering for immediate delivery, but not so well for early Christmas orders where there is enough time available for us to order in any extra stock required. If you want to order something for Christmas that exceeds our available stock, then just send us a quick email to mail@gifts4kiwis.co.nz to let us know which item/s you wish to order and how many, & we will confirm if they are available for us to order in for you before Christmas & make sufficient stock available on our website so you can go ahead with your purchase online.
