Packaging and Delivery Charges:


Economy New Zealand-wide Delivery (via NZ Post or economy courier) - $10.00

Overnight Courier Delivery North Island - $20.00

Overnight Courier Delivery South Island - $30.00


Overnight Courier Saturday Delivery - Additional $5.00 (see delivery times below)

If requesting deliver by courier, your order must be sent to a street address (not a P.O. Box).  If you only have a P.O. Box address we can dispatch your order via NZ Post, however this service can take up to 4 days for delivery.


If you would like something delivered to an address outside New Zealand, please contact us by email, stating the item/s you require and destination, so we may give you a delivery charge quote. 


Usual delivery times are:


Via Courier: 1-2 working days

Via NZ Post (Including all Rural Delivery & PO Box Addresses):  3-4 working days 


Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday.  Couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday only.  However if you would like your gift delivered on Saturday morning rather than waiting until Monday, the Saturday Delivery option is available at an extra cost (major centres only - not available for gifts being sent to small towns or a Rural Delivery address).  Please note that there are no courier pickups on Saturdays, so orders for delivery on Saturday or Monday must be ordered in time for dispatch on Friday afternoon.

The latest time we can accept orders for dispatch on a Friday is 11 am (NZT).


Orders are dispatched by courier or NZ Post and every effort will be made to dispatch your order so that it can arrive in time for a particular occasion, however, we can not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control.  In particular, sometimes courier delays are caused because there is nobody at the destination address during the day to receive a courier delivery.  A card to call will usually be left at the address and alternative delivery arrangements must be made with the recipient.  You should consider this when providing the delivery address, as a work address may be more suitable for urgent items.  Late delivery is not a valid reason for cancelling an order.

Damaged Goods


All orders are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, an item will arrive in less than perfect condition.  If a gift arrives damaged, please ask to recipient to contact us immediately so we may arrange a replacement.  Note that we must be notified within 3 business days of the item's arrival in order to make an insurance claim & provide a free replacement.



Your credit card details are securely protected by 128 bit SSL encryption throughout the order process.  Credit card payments are processed by Paypal, a respected online payment provider, who passes your payment on to us.  We do not have access to any of your credit card details. 

Our computer system is protected at all times by an industry standard firewall and antivirus software.
